Return Policy
We accept returns of unused Hydroup bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Important Notes
Products must be unused and in their original condition (labels and stickers intact).

Used items will not be returned to you and may be subject to partial refunds or alternate compensation at our discretion.

We do not process exchanges at this time.

If you're unsure about the condition of your bottle, please reach out to our support team before initiating a return.

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
