Hydroup Limited Lifetime Warranty – USA | Bottles & Flasks
What’s Covered?
Hydroup bottles are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the full life of the product.
If a defect arises under normal and appropriate use, Hydroup will replace the product at no cost.
When available, replacement parts may be used to resolve the issue.
What Qualifies as a Defect?
Loss of Insulation Performance
A bottle is considered defective if it no longer retains its insulating capability. This may occur due to a faulty lid or if the vacuum seal within the double-wall insulation is compromised.
Before submitting a warranty claim, you can test the insulation yourself.

Rattling Sound in the Bottle
Some Hydroup bottles contain a small metal disc between the double walls, which assists in the vacuum insulation process.
Occasionally, this disc may become slightly loose, resulting in a faint rattling noise.
Please note: this does not affect the insulation performance or structural integrity of your bottle.
However, if the noise is bothersome, it is covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Shipping Damage Policy
If you ordered your product(s) directly from www.thehydroup.com and it arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a replacement due to shipping damage:
* You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your product.
* Do not use the damaged item, as we are unable to offer replacements once it has been used.
* Do not dispose of the product until you receive a confirmation email that your replacement has been approved and processed.
We’re here to help and will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Accidental Damage
Unfortunately, accidental damage is not covered under our warranty. Accidental damage is considered any of the following, but not limited to:
* Dents, scratches or chipping
* Vehicular collision
* Dropping your flask while climbing Mount Rainier or on the playground
* Theft or loss
Hydroup Warranty Process – United States
YOU MUST RETURN YOUR PRODUCT TO HYDROUP FOR INSPECTION BEFORE A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT CAN BE ISSUED.
Please follow the steps below to complete the warranty process in the United States:
1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form and attach clear photos of the defective product. The following images are required:
* Front of the product, showing the Hydroup logo
* Bottom of the bottle or container
* Clear image of the defect (if applicable)
2. Our Customer Service Team will review your submission to determine if the issue qualifies under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. If approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
3. You are responsible for returning the product and covering the shipping costs.
We recommend using the most affordable shipping method available, such as USPS.
4. Be sure to keep your receipt and tracking number until you receive your warranty replacement.
5. Once the defective item is received at our warehouse, your replacement will be processed within 10 business days.
6. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your replacement has been dispatched.
Important Warranty Notice:
Your Hydroup warranty claim will be replaced with the same size and color bottle whenever possible.
If the original size and color are no longer available, a similar item of equal or greater value will be sent as a replacement.
Warranty Disclaimer:
Hydroup shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
